Hello Everyone I Am @MEMAMUN 👳‍♀️ From #Bangladesh

Dear friends, I hope you are all doing well. I am also, Alhamdulillah, doing very well by the infinite mercy of Allah. Today I will discuss a topic with you that was part of a contest in the fifth week, and the name of this contest was about 'My Favorite Place.' I have been given the opportunity to talk about my favorite place from childhood. Let's first take a look at the cover photo of this entire post.

What is your most favorite place from childhood?

This question reminds me of my childhood, the place where I spent my early years. When I was a child, after coming home from school, I would immediately go to that garden after having something to eat at home. In that garden, I would spend time with my friends, neighbors, and brothers, playing games and talking together. Even though there were no pictures of that garden at the time, I have taken pictures of it now. These pictures always remind me of the place where my childhood was spent.

Where was this place located and why was it special to you?

This place is located in Vennabari village, Kazipur upazila, Sirajganj district in northern Bangladesh, near our village and right in front of my house. From the courtyard of our house, you can see a garden like this, which I have been seeing since childhood. If I say why it is special, I would say it's because I was born here. I have seen this garden as soon as I woke up, and I have breathed in the air of this garden right after waking up.

I spent time in this garden with my childhood friends. There were olive trees, mango trees, jackfruit trees, and many other trees, which we climbed and went to the top. I played football and cricket in this garden. My father made a swing in this garden, and I played on that swing. There was no game that we didn’t play in this garden; in fact, our childhood was spent here.

What kind of activities or memories are connected to this place?

There is no end to the activities with this place; rather, with every breath, every moment, and every instant, my activities are connected with this place. I will share a special story about this place that has happened to me many times since my childhood, and I still remember it repeatedly. I was very mischievous since childhood, and everyone who was with us was like that too.

The owner of this garden was a bit strict, and they scolded us a lot. Because we played here, damaged the trees, and messed up the place. There were mango trees and olive trees here, and we had eaten the fruits, which we shouldn't have done. Even though we weren’t supposed to do that, we were scolded a lot for it. Also, because we played here, they felt very annoyed, yet we continued to play; I still remember that.

Who was usually with you there, and which memory from this place is the most precious to you?and what deeper meaning does it carry in your life today?

Here, I had a childhood friend, and this place holds the most moments I spent with my childhood friends. I often remember those times and my friend named Abdul Baten. Although I barely have any pictures of him now, so I couldn't show any photos.

The reason I repeatedly think of him here is that he was my peer, and I had other friends who were younger or older. But Abdul Baten was my peer, and we played together, climbed trees, got mischievous, got scolded, and laughed a lot together. We didn't worry about anything. This keeps bringing back memories to me repeatedly.

How does this place still influence your emotions or life today?

Currently, I am in a situation completely different from my childhood. I never thought that I would have to leave this place and go somewhere else and manage life differently. When I visit this place, I feel like I am entering an emotionally intense state, thinking how wonderful it would be if I could come back here again. There would be no tension, no attachment to anyone, everything would go on quietly on its own.

Life is really strange. When I am frustrated or feel hopeless, the turns of life change, and I go to this place, and it makes me feel good. Being in this place influences me in living my life and reminds me to spend my days beautifully. People don’t always love staying busy with work; rather, sometimes, one wants to spend time in a beautiful environment, reliving the small joys of childhood.
