What childhood food or dish do you still remember clearly, and why is it special to you?

I was very attracted to different types of time and food in my childhood. Where as a child I was very focused on school and studies. There I used to eat different types of ice cream and other different types of food all the time. Where as I used to go to school, ice cream was constantly sold on the sidewalks by different people for food and sale. From there we used to collect ice cream after school break. I used to go home eating ice cream. Where the price of an ice cream starts from 5 taka to 20 taka, I bought it in that childhood. Of course, I also bought these ice creams together with my friends. In this regard, those days when I sat together with my friends and ate ice cream are still unforgettable. I cannot bring back those old days even if I want to.

Who usually prepared this food for you, and how did it make you feel at that time?

Of course, I am already going to answer a very good question. Where as a child I used to collect these foods from outside shops. I used to collect such foods from outside the school gate. Because inside our school, such foods and various types of accessories and toys for sports were not kept inside the school. That is why after my school break or before entering the school, I used to buy ice cream foods. Where before I used to collect money from my father every day before going to school, I used to eat different types of foods with that money with my friends. Of course, these foods were sold at very high prices.

When and where did you usually eat it (home, school, village, special occasions)?

Of course, I never saw this kind of food outside. Because this kind of ice cream was never sold in various shops. That is why these Kolki ice creams were only sold in small cars outside the gates of various educational institutions. So every time I used to travel to school, I used to see this kind of food, that is, ice cream, outside the school gates. I used to find this kind of ice cream very delicious. So I used to eat this kind of Kolki ice cream every day during tiffin time to feel the cold.

What emotions come back when you think about the taste, smell, or moment?

If I say in terms of taste, this Kolki ice cream comes in different types and different qualities. Where I always ate chemical-free normal Kolki ice cream. Because in this ice cream, different people and companies constantly make ice cream with different chemicals. When I came out of our school, a man used to sell us very high quality ice cream.

Because the person who used to sell ice cream was from our area and there was a factory in our area to make ice cream. So, very high quality ice cream was sold specially for us on that day. Nowadays, I don't see this type of Kolki ice cream in different places. I suddenly see this type of ice cream on some occasions, then I try to eat it.

Is this food still part of your life today, or does it remain only as a memory?

Of course, this food of mine has become a part of my life and a memory. Where I don't see this food everywhere all the time. Nowadays, I see it suddenly in front of some institutions and during special events. Whenever I suddenly see this kind of Kolki ice cream, I immediately try to eat it from that ice cream shop. Because I will never forget the moments of my childhood, I still loved this kind of Kolki ice cream, and I still love to eat Kolki ice cream a lot.

Whenever I see this kind of ice cream shop, I immediately remember Kolki ice cream and immediately my mind is racing to eat ice cream. When I don't have Kolki ice cream in my hand, I start eating it little by little from the top, and at the last moment I really like to eat it. The Kolki ice cream at the bottom is the most delicious to eat.
