Maisie William popularly known as Arya Stark has revealed that game of thrones season 8 will be released April 2019. She also confirmed shooting for the final season has began but will end in December.
She confirmed that it will be the final season bringing an end to the most successful TV series in recent history. The ending will be bittersweet with most major characters expected to meet an untimely death.

The final season is expected to be a face off between the living and the dead. The white walkers having breach the wall are apparently heading to castle black then Winterfell .
