Castrated Man

You may find this story both funny and sad. 

A man was often suffering from chronic headache. The headaches were very heavy that they wouldn't allow him to even think, be busy or relax. 

So he decided to see a doctor. After conducting some tests, the doctor said, "Sam, I have a good news. The good news is I can cure your headaches. But there's bad news. The bad news is that it will require castration. Your condition is very rare, as a result of testicles presses on your spine and the pressure creates one hell of a headache. To remove the pressure, we'll have to remove the testicles."

Sam was confused and shocked, he felt like killing himself because he would love so much to have his own children. 

After the operation, relieved and sad, he left the hospital. On his way, he decided to shop for clothes and derive some happiness. 

So, Sam went into a boutique and bought a very fancy suit. As he was admiring himself in a mirror, the salesman came and asked Sam, "Looks good, how about a new shirt?" Sam smiled and said, "Okay, that would be nice". The salesman looked at Sam and said "Let's see, 33 sleeve & 15neck." Surprised, Sam asked, "how did you know?" The salesman replied and said he's been in the business for 45years. Sam tried the shirt and it fit perfectly. 

Then again the salesman asked, "How about new shoes?". Impressed  and excited he replied, "sure". The salesman then said, "Let's see ... 12-1/2 E.". Surprised, Sam asked, "how did you know?" The salesman replied and said he's been in the business for 45years.

The shoe fits Sam perfectly. Next the salesman asked, "How about some new underwear?" Joe thought for a second and said, "Sure." The salesman looked Sam's waist for some time and said "...size 34"

Sam laughed and said "I got you! You see, I've been wearing size 32 since I was 17 years old." The salesman frowned and said, "You shouldn't wear a size 32. A size 32 underwear would press your testicles up against the base of your spine and give you one hell of a headache"

Sam freezed and remembered the doctor and the hospital.
