The deafening roar of the cannon as it fired right next to his head rattled his helmet, but it did nothing to assuage the terror now racing through him. The enemy had managed to crack their blockchain; not only were they spoofing false enemy positions on his HUD, but his tank platoon was now engaging each other.

Thank you! That's awesome. This totally made my night, coupled with the enormous response I've received for the first chapter of my book I posted. Speaking of posting things, I think I'll take your advice and turn my response into flash fiction. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I look forward to more of your prompts!
