I looked at the inside cover and the information says that the book was first published in 2013 and republished in 2018. i was thinking that it was a fiction story but it may very well be based on facts. Usually people do call in the wildlife rescue services for any injured or vulnerable animals. If this is a real story thank goodness this little kookaburra was looked after. I thought about Jeremy surviving the wild and was surprised at the ending. xx
