That quote is parallel to my philosophy at work. I don't worry about looking good. I focus on making everyone else look good because everyone has a manager. Everyone is a customer.
When I make everyone else look good (by doing the right thing), those people make my life easier.
Great to hear you actually apply it in practice and get to know the results, Scott! We have to firstly GIVE in order to GET. :) It also requires overcoming our ego's which is said to be the most harmful stereotype of all. Keep on helping, friend!
