Thanks, @geke! I see three distinct worlds, white collar, blue collar, and entrepreneurs (dream work). I was comparing the white collar world to people in the restaurant industry here. I think dream work, as exhausting and demanding as it can be, fills most of us with positive energy and satisfaction. Unfortunately, most of us doing the dream work have to have one of our feet in the other two worlds as well, complicating things even more.
