Who will win? - The one with power or the one who has nothing to lose

Once upon a time there was a lovely, peaceful village somewhere in the world. People from that village were very laborious and working every day. They all lived carefree until October 21st

That day, in the village,there was a huge panic.
Peasants heard that there is not so far an enemy army known for their shame and ruthless behaviour, and moving in their direction. Very soon all the inhabitants left the village in fear, except for an old man who didn't want to leave.

When the enemy soldiers arrived in the village, they began to tear apart everything in their way and robbed the abandoned houses.

One of the evil soliders saw in the yard an old man who was sitting quietly and seemed very relaxed. They were very surprised to find someone in the village.
The notorious commander arrived very quickly and turned to the old man: "You old man must be crazy when did not run away. Are you aware that I can cut your head from your neck with this sword without blinking?"

"Well, I can die at any time without blinking " said the old man, very calmly.
