I hadn't checked your blog while a while and when I do, I find not one but two instalments of the Hellbent story! Woop woop!
What I love about your writing is you really bring each character to life, so the reader truly cares about what's happening to them and what they are up to.
There are a lot of stories and films around where the story unravels but you have not yet got to the point where you actually care about the characters. It's one of the most important parts of storytelling in my mind.
This is just fantastic - gripping stuff. Looking forward to some more! I sense a few unexpected twists and turns coming. :)
