Story Time : How about now (Henry Penny) Part 1

There once was a little rabbit , his name was Henry Penny and deep in the forest he lived with his family. Unlike most rabbits around him , he always questioned everything. "Why do we eat vegetables and fruits , and others eat us?" , "Why can't we fly ?" , "How come we live inside the ground , why not a tree or underwater" , "Is it possible to be more than just a rabbit" . Henry always asked questions that would stir up curiosity , sometimes his parents , friends , teachers and elders would get annoyed and say that it just is and he'll find out when he dies. Henry always got annoyed by this because he was very impatient and couldn't wait for a fox to eat him so he could find out.

One day in school , the teacher asked Henry "what do you want to be when you're older" , and after some pondering he replied with a confident and excited yet anxious voice , "miss ,when I'm older I would like to be very wise and know everything" , and the teacher smiled and said "okay Henry , that's very ambitious of you , knowledge is everything " . Henry went home that evening after school and saw his grandfather planting some carrots and decided to help him. While working his grandfather said "you know Henry , since I was your age I've always wanted to be a fisherman like the bears" , Henry was amazed and said "you still can grandpa , we can both go fishing" , his grandad then replied "ohh hahaha Henry , you're full of wonder arent you , being anything other than a rabbit would be laughed at , maybe in another life I'll do it , im too old now" . Henry became very confused , because he thought when he was older he could become anything he wanted , yet everyone is telling him "when you die you'll find out" and "In another life you'll do it" . Henry was very impressionable and took things very literally , after all , he's a kid. This would lead him down a deep dark path.......stay tuned for part 2 everyone , much love - Ashton.
