We have to only take what makes us feel healthy and stomach is full. some of the time that it makes you wonder if we overeat and disturb the balance that kind of goes outside the moderation. so we have to look at the life in that context. and if things work out in the right mode we get to do the moderation some right way as well. that is what I have noticed as well.
