I got into meditation. And managed to do some of the hindu sanskrit mantras. My root chakra beej mantra practice has started and the certain areas of the body are craving a lot. And they kind of have moved me from inside. And during the time before dawn it kind of gives me dreasm too. So the meditation practice has been going on good. And life has been good too.
