That's right, I'm turning 24 on July 8th. Anyone with a summer birthday knows to what degree this can suck. My options for get-togethers growing up were limited to doing something indoors or meeting up at the local pool. As if a cosmic joke, what did I want to do this year? Get all my friends together for drinks and barbeque at our pool :)

I can't help but reflect a little bit. 23 was hard but I've also grown a lot, learned about myself, and am in a happier place than I was this time last year. There's no place I'd rather be than having some summer fun with some of my closest friends. Cheers to making it this far.
