There's absolutely no more chance of a vape exploding than there is a cellphone doing the same. That's just the media trying to make a big deal out of a few select episodes. If you know and properly take care of your electronics they're incredibly safe. More people fall asleep smoking and burning down their houses or flick lit cigarettes that burn down forests and ofcourse die of just horrible diseases caused by the 100s of toxins inside a cigarette than the few people that have had exploding vape units go off on em my friend.
