I find your text a bit confusing. it's not very clear what your message is except that you were present if a bad choice or the wrong one was made. I wonder what the story part is. A story is more like a tale...this is more like a freewrite.
The photo doesn't seem to fit to what you wrote....
You are right it is based on the random prompts. Image is based on theme (old age -> regret and hence the photo).
