HOW TO REDUCE STRESS IN DIFFICULT SITUATIONS

There is a scripture in the Bible which says:
A seed must die in the soil before it can grow and multiply.

In order for a seed to break loose grow and produce more it first must rot in the soil

This refers to our lives; before anything good can happen we first have to go through some things that may not appear or even feel good.

When in tight situations it’s helpful to remind ourselves over and over that “Out of difficult situations good will come." "This too shall pass" is another good reminder. When we plant the seeds of faith and hope in our minds we give way for success and the best in our lives.
