Respect

Don't be deceived, you have to earn respect for it to be given to you. Some people easily get offended when they aren't accorded respect and start bringing up the age factor thingie. People will only respect you if they deem you worthy of it. You can be twenty years younger than someone and still be respected by that person. However, if you are short on value, your name will be dragged in the mud.

You shouldn't go around causing mayhem when you don't value yourself, therefore not making others to do so either.
