I think you have missed a key variable in your equation - the crazy amounts of bonuses being paid for this AMWAY scheme. Potentially %30 per transaction.
If you look at wallet, it is clear payments are manual, and when I inspected wallet and asked about CVC and other ERC20 Tokens being in it, I was banned
Personally i received all my tokens including the referral bonus right away in the pre ICO, also when i sent a second payment later in the ICO, I used my own referral code and received 10% bonus more for that. They told me i was the only one thinking of it at that time, but considering they are late on some of the payment the calculation can be off a little bit. I just went on the slack to see that some people didn't receive there bonus. I am not sure if they used bad referral code or not. About your last part, you got ban from what exactly, i guess i can try too an see what happen
I gave up asking in Slack. Most mods there are not part of team, and get defensive about SUB (almost like a cult). Most mods would be peddling their bonuses and referral codes. I asked about risk to token price considering manual payments and what appears uncapped bonus structure and was accused of FUD. Issue with MOST ico's is they dont want hard questions, and prefer blind followers. This mob have been caught in many "white" lies only to be honest when someone provides evidence. Whitepaper has been changed again and again, when I spoke to team on LinkedIn it was very clear most havnt started yet. When I asked about technical aspects (I have degree in Network/Systems admin) there has not been one concise answer. I would bet this will be a glorified IPFS offering, serving static content opposed to full blown web stack using Apache/PHP/mySQL they are promising. Would love to be wrong as this would be a disruption to current hosting models, but at moment its more smoke and mirrors than truth. I have done a bit of research on this mob, their previous ventures, and current claims. Just leads to more questions. The game dev that has no product or activity since 2014 (http://www.fizzpow.com/), the business registration that advises only Justin and Kelly Tabb are directors (https://www.flbusinessgo.com/Substratum-LLC-L17000175117/ - registration lodged after ICO launch). The doctored pictures, the product that was version 1 to be released OCT 17, now not even beta??? The need to accept other crypto payments even though they cant even handle ETH in an automated way? These guys want to decentralise/distribute LAMP and TCP/IP functions, but arent innovative or skilled enough to automate payments because of a single variable (referral codes)..I too received my tokens - twice for a single TX - again highlighting the issues with manual processing. Cowboys in the wild west without a sheriff in town. Also, my comments arent for sale - I will be honest and transparent and refuse to let greed sway my judgment - this cannot be said for the mods in their slack
