He is Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba.com, and here his 10 Rules for Success.

1- Get used to rejection

When i graduated from universities, and for three years i tried, failed in the universities. So i applied jobs for 30 times, got rejected. I went for police, they say, "No, you are not good". I went, even the KFC, when KFC came to China, come to our city interviewer said you applied. 24 people went for the job, 23 people were accepted. I was the only guy who was rejected !
Oh. by the way, i told you that i applied for Harvard 10 times rejected. I know i would be rejected i just wanted to say that we have a secret code of success just like open sesame is the secret of Alibaba, is

2- Keep your dream alive

The secret code of everybody is keep your dream alive because it might come through some day. This is what the secret code of Competence is.

3- Focus on culture

It is culture, it is not the technology i think technology is a tool, the core competence of our company is we have grown from 18 people to now, more than 20,000 young people, and we focus a lot on the value, the mission and making sure the culture,
everybody work for helping others, instead of just making money.

4- Ignore the #little man

Helping others instead of making money people do not like it, so many people i talk to at that time for alipay, this is the stupidest idea you have ever got, but i say whether stupid or clever, as long as people use it, now we have 800 million people using this Alipay.

5- Get inspired

I got inspired through movies if you sing from heart if you sing naturally if you are yourself, i even learn from Godfathers.

6- Stay focused

Stay focused according to your mission no one can distract you.

7- Have a good name

At the time, the best name was Yahoo i was thinking many names but suddenly think Alibaba is a good name.

8- Customers are #1

We believe customers no.1 employees no.2 shareholders no.3 it is the customers that pay us the money. it is employees that drive the innovation.

9- Don't complain look for opportunities

Don't complain every time look for opportunities be optimistic. where is trouble there is opportunity.

10- Have passion

Passion is very important for success.
