When you get sun burnt so bad you swell up , just use apple cider vinegar rub on affected area it will reduce the swelling pain very quickly !!

ACV (with "the mother", e.g. Braggs' brand) is incredibly useful for health purposes. As is baking soda (can cure cancer) as well as hydrogen peroxide.
