Hello everyone! We at steemingcurators community have launched a contest last week 📢Contest announcement: Share your feedback and win upvote worth $50 plus 100 steem liquid and so far, I've read from the community members that they don't know where to go ask for support or help in Steemit whenever they feel lost or having any issues in here.
So I hereby self-appointed myself as Steemit Community Support 😁
Ok let me tell you first, I don't know everything in this world of Steemit work, but I do know where to ask if I have any questions or issues. So I think I should be some sort of Info Center person for you all here in Steemit Community.

Just type your questions on any of my latest post comment sections on steemit then mention me @cryptokannon so I get notified. I might not come to attend to you right away but I will do my best to help you as soon as I could.
Your questions will be put in form of Frequently Asked Questions compilation so other community members who might come and ask the same questions again may refer to this list of FAQs.
Remember there are no dumb/stupid questions, we are all learning from each other. So just ask if you couldn't find the answers elsewhere here. 😊

Hey, @cryptokannon, how are you doing? I think we agreed that my last Achievement post looked too much like something other than an Achievement post to be considered real (it was in story form). My latest one though is in article form and has been voted on by some people and is four days away from Payout, yet I have yet to hear if I did the job well or if I have failed miserably. I'm pretty confident I did okay, but can you look into this for me please?

Thanks for this post @cryptokannon! My @diosarich account has been compromised last week. some of my earnings were stolen. It was good that I have transferred my other earnings to a steemian buddy. I do not know what to do now. I want to maintain my account @diosarich, I think my owner key was being changed too. I was able to transfer my earings but I cannot change my password. The sad part is I have lost my owner key as well. What shall I do now? I created this new account because of that incident. Kindly help. Thank you.

Hi sorry that happened to you. You may refer to this post on how to do recovery for your account. I hope you still keep your master password. What to do after your account is hacked?

@cryptokannon, I know you say there are no stupid questions, but I am certain I will be embarrassed after you answer this one: what does hodl mean? I've been afraid to ask anyone else!!!

@owasco you're so cute 🤗 hodl is just a word that the crypto community adopted or make it their jargon for 'hold' as in; hold their crypto/bitcoin/any other altcoins by not selling it (believing that the price will go higher) whenever they saw people panicking looking at the sellers start selling their coin according to the chart graph. I read it was a typo, but then they adopt it as it is.
The same with "safu" for safe; this was from CZ Binance last time as he panicking typing/inform their customer about their fund is safe from the hacking.. then crypto community adopted this word; safu too
