Discontinuing Summoner Poems To Protect Account From Any Potential of Suspension

Today I read over the terms and agreements. I entered into an author contest for the popular RPG card game @SteemMonsters. https://www.steemmonsters.com While the content I create is original. I don't want to risk any chance of account suspension due to potential when inserting Steem Monster link images individually. According to the terms and agreements the Summoner's Poems are more so my artistry as a poet about the cards existing in the Steem Monsters game. Which, the authors competition provided limited ability to create stories and poems. I didn't win the contests however. Therefore, I feel as if continued summoners poems may risk my account. In addition, without written permission from Steem Monsters I feel it best to discontinue the series of poems I began. I have no source of income. I live at home with my family. I've basically been poor since terrorists hacked my businesses forcing it into default. The terrorist hack included what appears to be call intercept tool victimization when calls were rerouted to the FBI May 20th 2013. I've attempted the "remote office" life and "work from home" theory each day of my life since founding my former LLC's Suisse Ombrelle L.L.C., Suisse Private Jets L.L.C., and Application Aircraft Shop L.L.C. In order to prevent any form of suspension on @Steemit I'm going to do my best to practice strict accordance of the terms and agreements. Should this account violate the terms and agreements in any way it would strip me of a primary source of income. My primary source of income is currently generated from my Spotify spins of the Daddy Kid Powers of Ten album as well as iTunes sales. My music is my primary source of income in essence because the value earned is approximately averaging 20 USD a month from spins and sales. I'm hopeful to one day be able to do exceedingly great with my music. For that reason, its necessary to protect this account because it offers the extension of reach as well as crypto reward. I know my following here on Steemit has been attracted to the poems I've created. And, I know the community can understand my decision to discontinue the poems on the account that I'm not employed by Steemit or Steem Monster.

As a new Steemian I did share some content of artists like DJ BOBO and Taylor Swift. It was not my intent to infringe or appear as infringement. According to my understanding of the Steemit system I believed that these posts were made without violating infringement laws. Should any content be at risk or potentially violating Steemit rules it's not my intent. Therefore I will be discontinuing the sharing of content that I don't create personally. However, there may be links to references of statements made providing articles for recall and investigation to better understand statements made in article. While these links may or may not be third party, and may sometimes be inclusive of my own websites, I'm electing to announce that it's my intent to offer best practices in all my posts in the future.

The Daddy Kid Powers of Ten album is copyright protected and I do have the sole authority to share the content, make money on the content, therefore if any such case of infringement question should arise I would suspect reporting by any third party is hypothetically without authority to do so. Whereas, I own the materials and copyright. To file a case of infringement one must own the copyright to the materials and follow the outline in terms and agreements offered by Steemit. Only those authorized by content holders or content copyright holders themselves can attempt to file claims against any materials appearing to be infringement of content. Whereby, there should be no reporting of my content considering the Daddy Kid Powers of Ten album releases.

My net worth is about the value of my Steemit account less values of physical properties inherited and owned to date. When sharing Kanye West music and other artists in the few existing posts to date someone alerted me with questions about infringement. While the conversation resulted in structure of Steemit offering that these previous shares are likely not infringing. Should anyone whom has had their content shared by me feel I am infringing please contact me personally before making a federal case out of it. Once again it's not my intent to infringe. It's my intent to find a way to feed myself without my mothers assistance post PTSD removing my ability to gain employ due to the potential of recall evoking outbursts while employed.
