Has Anyone Heard of Synthetix?

I recently came across this crypto platform and I'm really intrigued. The SNX token has the 44th highest market cap of any crypto so it's becoming more and more popular. You can stake SNX tokens for passive income which is something I am looking into doing. Other than this you can trade assets tracking the price of cryptos and precious metals. For example you can trade bitcoin for gold and silver instantly with no fee.
