For the first time

I'm here as a complete beginner. I am very happy that I can connect between " Your group " of the people who I write various articles etc.. Just please, how is it with writing articles? Must be in the native language? How many of them is allowed to let's say a week? I had the opportunity to have some articles to read and I have to admit, that was very interestingly written. I wonder then, how is it with the possible answers to a given article. How ever here goes? Steemit as such is very nicely made, but I'm a complete illiterate.
