As an Information scientist I've been unable to work for about 9 years and average pay calculated at 15000 per year for my level of expertise, and I even at that meager pay its around a million dollars the government owes me for ignoring my constant reports to the government, and the minister of Public Safety currently Mr mendicino and previous two ministers as well as police chiefs and city Hall as well as doctors in three provinces including our intelligence agencies BCRCmP project e- Pana (30 detectives in bc looking for the remaining serial killer responsible for additional 30 women or more missing or dead) 807-6478 and our equivalent federal NCI responsible for serial killing rapists - and all my emails have gone unheeded nobody is investigated or ever looked into it and including when I went to the police complaints commission because pentaked in our CMP told me to F off when I tried to report it in 2014 while I was working as an information scientist for my own corporation I was quite successful after 15 years of working in the industry I can call myself an information scientist and the government owes me for all of this time because I've been unable to sign in on disclosure agreement or do anything more complicated than flipping burgers and it's ridiculous because I worked hard at school and I did really good at school and I've worked hard at my job ever since and to witness a murder of a young woman and to have the RCMP tell you to f off and then be unable to work for the next decade as well as being kicked off of welfare several times and currently sitting homeless because they kicked me off over a year ago for some arbitrary reason due to the criminal harassment I received from these stupid idiots that follow me around and pretend them crazy

Anyways those are just a few of the problems that I think of when I think of this bill especially since I would I'm able to pay this bill month to month but due to the criminal harassment I was in jail for causing a disturbance or some stupid ass f****** thing related to the stalking in the harassment and is directly a cause of the stocking in the harassment which is geared to make people go postal and after nine years I haven't gone postal and I think the government needs it it's about time they fix this for everybody that's having this problem it's sick it's almost like they have their brains rewired and there's just no no talking to them especially from most of the victims plan point that don't write hundreds and hundreds of emails and written hundreds of emails

So I think it's about ridiculous that nobody knows the name of the girl that died that I witnessed and that I'm still getting bills for stuff that I can't pay as well as the government's refusing to provide me basic welfare let alone at the same time with the police ignoring me they act act like I'm crazy and so they're not even giving me the disability that if I was crazy I should be getting furthermore the ministry of public safety has been ignoring all my hundreds and hundreds of emails to hundreds of different members of the government from provincial agencies through municipal all the way to the federal government and in other f****** countries because this is ridiculous the psychopath claims to kill have killed everybody I know and constantly friends my life with this technology for nine f****** years I have a foot tall medical paperwork and I'm not mentally ill so no doubt the hospitals that help me for all those blood down weeks and release me with no illnesses that would be attributed bolt to having people stalking and terrorizing you being imaginary and it is certainly not especially with the brain technology it's a repeat pattern of lots of thousands of Canadians thousands of other victims in the states or hundreds of Canadians at the very least and and in the states no doubt thousands furthermore most people don't even know that they're a victim and they unwillingly or wittingly help them no matter especially if they're mentally ill or young to classes of people who can't quite determine that they're freedom is being violated

I hope that all makes sense please tell the minister of Public Safety and it will be no peobkem paying this bill after they eitherroect people so I can get a job again or more importantly compensate my lost income and recognize extreme adverse health effects as well as those my family have suffered family and friends of suffered there's so many dozens of people I can actually count the mall that may have been murdered or have gone missing at least they're unavailable for no apparent reason very un and characteristic of the people that have disappeared and I've been unable to use a telephone or even communicate any other method but in person is been circumvented and compromise by the stalker so I won't be surprised if after sending this he sends another email says oh don't worry I was crazy just forget that just forget all that or that he shows up and pretends he's me in any case lots of people are accepting money to help these people across America they're accepting money to do a simple job that is plausibly deniable so it's not a crime if they keep lying and it seemingly harmless and that's part of a very serious and large problem.
