Beer Heaven "discovered" -- World of Beer in Florida
On sunny Florida Saturday, me and my honey found "beer heaven" or more appropriately named "World of Beer".
If you wanted a hamburger....none would be found or served. If you wanted a pizza or even an appetizer...you would be disappointed.
But...if you want beer? They have it. The World of Beer has all the tap and bottled beer you can imagine and what a great little find.
Behind the bar you will find at least 40 taps of beer from around the world...not to mention the several glass doors which has the beer from each region.
Yes....Beer University is "in session"
The atomosphere is great. Large screen TV displays show various sports while a super friendly bar made helped us. I had to go for the German Gaffel draft while my honey had the Asian "Tiger" Beer from Sinagpore.
The range of options and taste testing were numerous. Who knew this little place was so close by and we did not know about it.
The outside of building is clearly correctly named "World of Beer". I would say it is more like beer universe. The cost per beer can be $3-$5, but it's not about the price. Where else can you go to sample the world?
I would "HIGHLY" recommend this little gem to anyone visiting Florida. There are many locations all over the state. Make sure you have a few hours and maybe a dedicated driver... :-)
Of course, after you have your visit you may want to find the "World of Pizza" to address your next craving.
