Foodie Tasteem#58 - IPPUDO HK
Hello Steemians, Hello Hong Kong!!
Today my sharing is about Japanese noodles/ramen, IPPUDO is very famous among Hong Kong people and have been operating in Hong Kong for many years.
The shop we visited has a lot of seats so we don't have to wait for long for enter.
This is the branded holder to put the menus and any other paper things. As I mentioned, I really love the restaurant has the products with their own brand. I really want to suggest them to sell that as gifts for all the customer. :D
And the menu is really amazing. They shaped it as a story or comics to kick away the boring impression for people. Want to look at what the comics about? Come around and try their ramen. :D
Surprisingly, a Japanese waitress is here to serve. With professional skills and even, can speak our language when order. Really appreciated!
Today we order SHIROMARU MOTOAJI, a classic creation from IPPUDO. With pork soup as a base, ultra-thin ramen and slices pork on top, to make a usual ramen unusual. I feel very comfortable to have it and the taste of Japan.
Another pick is AKAMARU SHINAJI, a fusion mix classic ramen creation from IPPUDO. With the features of SHIROMARU MOTOAJI and make it spicy. As you can see the orange red things, the secret created by IPPUDO to make it spicy.
I'm a real fan of Japanese fried chicken and this time luckily they're promoting their secret receipt of fried chicken. Of course I will give it a try.!
They're saying this fried chicken is rewarded and when it comes, that little green thing is blocked our sight and ideally should be stayed inside.
So I just take it out and capture again, LOL. The fried chicken is okay, in my opinion, is nothing really special and it's fried chicken, just not oily and tender inside.
I barely remember how it really taste, I may or may not try it again next time, LOL.
Tonight for 2ppl is costing HK$200(US$25.50), a common cost in Hong Kong.
If you come to Hong Kong and wannt try ramen, IPPUDO is a good pick for you. :D
