Supper With my Hubby

Hi Foodies!
Few hours ago I went for supper with my hubby at the Hungry Bear restaurant.
I was little confused where to write my review this time, wether on Made in Japan contest or....
Because whatever we had was from Korean restaurant, So I decided to just post in on weekly choice contest instead.
Hungry Bear is one of my hubby's favorite Asian restaurant in town. They serve a really good Asian food.
And today, I picked a bowl of Vegetarians Spicy Soft Tofu as my supper meal.
I'm originally from South East Asia, where most of us likes to have super spicy food, Haha
So this spicy soft tofu was really good for me, even though it wasn't enough spicy. My bad....I grew up by eating all spicy food in Indonesia.
Anyways, this spicy soup was pretty good, seriously! The texture of the soft tofu and combinations of eggs and veggies was really my type of food.
About my hubby's meal?
Of course he'd picked noodles, he always love any kind of Japanese or Korean Noodles.
Chicken Yakisoba, is been always be his favorite.
His food came earlier, so I tried some, Jezz....it was pretty good! although I will probably order some hot sauce if that was my meal. I just can't eat without chili.
The last time we went to this restaurant, my hubby had the Stir Fried Pad Thai, but for me this Chicken Yakisoba was the best noodle in this restaurant.
The Place?
I really like this restaurant, it's pretty simple and small but doesn't beat any other restaurant about their service and food.
Even though the place is small, they always have crowded customer during lunch and dinner hours. like around 12am till 1pm and dinner hours around 5pm to 7pm.
Other than that, the place is clean and quite neat. It was just around 4pm when I came today, so looks like not so many customers.
Menu
They mostly serve Japanese and Korean foods, but they also serve some Western food as well.
There are also kids menu.
The starters also tempting!
Even though it is a small restaurant, you can mostly order anything from Asian to Western food.
It is also felxible to take kids, because there are menu for them too.
Price
Most price was pretty average, Our bill came up to $33 CAD for both meal.
Worth it! for sure, because the food was really good.
Food
I really recommend this place, they do serve a really good meals. My hubby is quite picky about the food, but in this restaurant he never complain about any meal he ordered.
Sevice
As always, service was excellent!
Opening Hours
Monday To Saturday 11am - 9pm
Sunday 11am - 8pm
Thanks for checking up!
Have a great one, XX
