The Nostalgic Jajanan with many titles!

INGREDIENTS:
300 grams Grated cassava
50 gr Starch starch
60 grams of Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
4 ripe Bananas
Food coloring Red, Green
50 grams of grated coconut
Banana leaves to taste enough to wrap

HOW TO MAKE:
- Mix Grated cassava, starch, sugar, salt and vanilla powder until well blended.
- Divide the cassava dough into 3 bowls for coloring, or can be adjusted with the desired color choice. Paint the cassava dough evenly.
- Take a banana leaf, put a little dough of cassava on a banana leaf then put the plantains that have been peeled over the cassava dough. Add more cassava dough until enough for the banana. Roll the banana leaf, fold both ends and toast with a toothpick.
- Steam for 1 hour or until done.
- Open the glasses that have been cooked, separate from banana leaves. Then sprinkle with steamed grated coconut.
- Cut the cake to be as thick as 1-1 1/2 cm or according to taste
- Serve
