Your Fries..! How I prepared it...
Hello Steemians and Tasteemians
Today's dish is fried yam with sauce and egg
Its one of my best light food. I just anything fried.

We use yam in making our fried yams and mist times I usually prepare chips from it; called yam chips.

Things needed for preparation#
- You need your yam as the foremost thing
- You need a small kitchen knife
- A small bowl or a basin
- Your frying pan
- Get your fresh vegetation oil
- salt
- And water

Steps to Preparing fried yam
- first of all you cut and peel your yam
- After peeling everything, your cut them into smaller sizes so as to be able to wash them
- Then you washes them like I said
- After washing you slice your yam into your desired shapes and sizes

- After slicing them into your desired sizes, you salt your sliced yam ; I prefer your make the salt in a solution form so that your yam won't become too salty by sprinkling raw salt on the sliced yam so you rather make it a salt solution

- When done salting, you pour your vegetation oil into your frying pan and place it on fire
- Then when the oil is hot or at room temperature you place your yam or put the yam bit by bit into the hot oil for frying
- As the yam is been fried, you constantly check and turn it over or upside down to enable every part of the sliced yam to be done
- Then when it starts changing from the pure or spotless white to a more brownish colour, you know your fried yam is ready
- Take out your well fried yam from the hot oil and put them in a plate

How to Prepare your fried eggs
- Get some pieces of eggs
- Get your pepper, salt, onion etc
- Wash the eggs and break it into a small bowl
- Add salt, pepper, onions to the egg
- Turn the egg or whisk the egg
- Thrn you turn it into the hit vegetable oil and fry
- Turn it over and upside down to get a more brownish colour
- When it gets done, your take it out of the hot oil and place it in your fried yam 
This is how it is made possible
