Festive roast pork with blueberries
Products:
1 kg of pork
1 teaspoon of cloves
1 apple, cut
250 g of cranberries
1 cup of chicken broth
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of ginger
the bark of 1 orange
50 g of Lacrima oil
Preparation:
Place the pork without cutting into a baking pan. Cover it with the carnation and the apple sliced. Bake at 160 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, to make the cranberry sauce, stew 1 or 1 ½ cup of cranberries in 50 g of melted butter in a pan. Stir until the fruits are crushed. Add the chicken broth, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, orange peel. Cook until the broth begins to evaporate and the sauce is reduced.
Pour the sauce over the frozen meat. Cover with foil. Bake in a 180-degree oven for about an hour. Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes to get a crispy crust.
