Is there any hope for TBC?
The billion coin (TBC) wrote on her blog about the launch of their official exchange platform coming up this month, thereby asking their participants to pay $10, the annual subscription fee for their kringles office before getting access to test the new exchange sites.
I ask, can TBC really be exchanged into real money?
