I was told that once you have 50% that's when the power adjuster is enabled so you can adjust your voting power. I don't know exactly as I haven't seen it yet.
You mean when you drained your power to 50% only then it allows to adjust it? That's strange.
no someone mentioned something about steem power. As your power increases as you become a whale, you can adjust the upvote percentage you are willing to give. As a video of a guy showing hf19 turned his standard upvote from a few cents at 100% to over $7.
