Meet Rachel of Team Glasses, our Fantastic Head of Community Mgmt and Support!

With not one but TWO degrees in the hospitality management field followed by four years of working in the field, Rachel, our Support Lead, clearly likes people and problem solving.
And she really got to hone these problem solving abilities, mastering the art of creating order from chaos after several years alone with her tiny terrorists... erm, toddlers.
When she's not cultivating seamless customer service experiences, she enjoys gardening, fishing, and long walks on the beach.
