I think we need a few more cheerleaders on steemit myself, but there are quite a few. People can make their post, and blogs, but then they need to when needed cheer others onward and upward by visiting the sites of people commenting on and upvoting their post. this does wonders for the moral of both people, the person who wrote the post, replied to a comment and then visited that person blog, and to the person that read the post, liked it enough to vote and comment. Both people move away from the interaction with maybe a smile on their face, as they move to the next post or comment. Both won.
