Go get your life back.
That's how you going to maintain your own self. Get your own time, trust me you will regret when you start having family, you won't have time. You already stuck in your priority. I'm not saying that you shouldn't get married. I'm not against it. We all have our own obligations and I know we have to do what we got to do. We all have our own different life.
What I'm trying to say is that when you still at the young age, no responsibility, and you clueless what you are going to do with your life instead of doing the same routine every bloody day. Then you need to take it easy! You will lose your mind and when you lose your mind you starting to be delusion, and you became different person. You starting to get anxious about life or we called it right now "Depression". When depression take control, you will starting to hurt yourself.
That's why you really consider take serious about your life, what's the point of living when you can't be happy? So take your vacation, get your backpacks, go travel or maybe do something that makes you happy, because that's the point of living, just be happy. Simple as that.

It is very true that once a while a good break is greatly needed. The longest break I ever took was after working for 14 years (including studying part time and full time aboard while at it) and finally catching up with old friends.
It is indeed needed when you need that "me time"; but I personally feel it doesn't need to be extremely long unless you have a bucket list to fill up (as I have when I decided to backpack across 7 cities in Europe)
It is that once in a life time thing that when you are out there facing it alone, then you know how meaningful your own country is.
And following tour guide doesn't really count. (Because it is too rushing - unless you like this sort of vacation )
