What's Wrong With The Photo?
The tourists is cleaning up the seaside in front of the locals. The photo represent the mentality of most locals, the lack of awareness of appreciating nature. What should we do to fix the problem?

I think those men would have had to been trained at a young age to care about things around them. Unless they can see some value in it for themselves they will continue to be content to let tourists do the work. If they understood keeping nature beautiful then the would in turn get more tourists and more revenue from their area. Most people need a monetary incentive.
