Sushi (すし) is a Japanese dish which is made with medium grain white rice combined with variety of ingredients such as seafood, vegetables and tropical fruits. It is often served with pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce. The term sushi literally means "sour-tasting". What if Sushi true identity is... ?

Sushi is no other than a perfect hair stylist. He always unleash wild imagination towards his creativity in portraying new outlook every now and then. Their catwalk on the moving belt are eye-catching for the audience to pick up the trending hair style with fillings, toppings or condiments in the upcoming season. Sushi also never failed in new invention even though with limitation on ingredients.

寿司是一个要求完美的发型师。他总是发挥狂野的想象力创造新潮流。传送带就是它们走猫步的舞台，也间接提供慕名者最新一季的发型指标。任何限制都无法阻止寿司把新发明发扬光大。

An undisclosed source revealed that Sushi hide his identity perfectly as a secret agent. He is well verse in relaying encrypted message with his distinctive plate presentation. Any espionage would have miss the simplest clue with the placement of Temaki, Oshizushi, Futomaki on the table which carries a special meaning that the secret is hidden inside a TOFU.

Last but not least, Sushi is also a certified nutritionist who has to pass the prefectural examination in Japan which consists of fish-identification, written and practical test. This is important to ensure he is equipped with sufficient knowledge in preparation and separation of certain ingredients. And it is crucial for Sushi to promote the healthiness of this food which contain omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals that benefited cardiovascular health as well as natural anti-inflammatory.

寿司也是一位经认证的营养师。他必须通过鱼类识别，书面和实践考试。这有助于确保他具备足够的知识准备食料。寿司还热心推广健康饮食以促进心血管舒畅及天然式抗炎。
