There was a boy who grew up with his grandmother. He never knew who his father was and rarely met his mother who was married to someone else. His mother did not choose to take him with her because she had 3 more kids with her husband.

The boy became teenager met his father finally but just like his mother, his father had a family and kids. He was never been to either of his parents houses because of the distance. Thus he never felt that he's loved by them. His grandmother died and he was alone. He was mad to the whole world and even to God.

He promised to himself never fall inlove or get attach to anyone. He hated to see happy families around. He pursuit his studies while working and became a tough bachelor. He had a lot of women back then but none of them got the chance to get attached to him other than sex and flings.

One day, he met a girl who was 19 years old - 7 years younger than him. The girl was his intern. She was tough and no interest of him. The boy was challenged and he pursuit her. The girl got to like him and they ended up making love sometimes. The girl got pregnant and boy was shocked but did not let girl feel it plus he's happy with it. They treat each other like couple. The girl gave birth to his first child. Then came months, the rarely talk to each other , they often fought for small things and things get different. The boy became jealous often and suspected that she was cheating on him. The girl was blaming him for being selfish instead giving her understanding and her needs -more time and trust. They broke up and the boy was a mess without them. He did his best to win her heart back and did everything for her but he failed.

No matter how hard he tried the girl no longer want him back though he still have right to their child. Months and weeks he still tried to woo her however failure. Love is not meant for forever. For him it was pain and deceit. He never get the love from his parents and now from his woman in life. Though helpless, he continue striving for his child. He realized that love was a trap and threat. He was not a bad guy but responsible man I've met. It just happened that he was not lucky to get the right person and right time yet.

In love, we should keep some portion of it for ourselves. Keep self respect and hope. Let not your entire heart be dependent to anyone not even to loved ones. So if we lose them, we still have ourselves for survival. Everythin happens for a reason. If she is not for him then there will be someone who is better and the right one. God always provides and He has better plan for him.

Not all relationships have happy endings. I'm empressed how the boy handled the pain and moved on. I see no reason why he should not have a second chance but I believed God did this for a cause. I see how he now focus on work and his child. I know deep in my heart he is one of the best fathers on Earth. We, your friends, will always be there for you to support and comfort you.
