Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter & Float Switch
Hello everyone i hope you all will be fine. Today i am discus about the new technology and my new product is called " Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter & Float Switch system". Basically this system is provide the continues indication and transmission of the any water or oil level in the form of analog and or digital monitoring and control. Now i telling you about its working how can this product work?.
This is my product.
The working principle is when we dip the rod of aluminum in the tank in which two or three magnetic weight use:
- for Oil
- Water
The first magnet is used to indicate the level of oil and the second one is used to indicate about the water, because we know that the density of water is greater then the oil, so we use tow magnet with different mass for oil, the mas of magnet is less then the mass of water magnet.
When we give supply to the circuit, the circuit generate the electrical pulse that pass to the wire (that is inside of the rod) we know that when current pass through the conductor the magnetic field is generate, so this phenomena is used in this product. When electric pulse pass through the wire and create the magnetic field and reach at the magnet point then the magnetic field of magnet and magnetic field of electric pulse disturb to each other and give back the signal to the circuit and then circuit measure the distance of whatever you have to used liquid and we calculate the value in the form of cm or inches or litter.
