This on top of the further "diversification" of the United States, as un-PC as it is to acknowledge, is contributing a lot to dropping IQs and people with reduced cognitive function. It's by design.
Education shouldn't be mandatory, so people learn for themselves. Nowadays that isn't encouraged, @krnel mentioned conformity and that's the most important thing for a structured stable society. Sadly that isn't one that develops, rather it's just repeating patterns. There are many flaws to the engineered structure of society we are forced to live in. Culture is one thing but appropriation and geoengineering are quite different.
