Social networks Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook have resumed their regular functioning, as reported by many users, after the block that occurred starting at 12.00 today. The block had affected Italy and Europe. Instead, Twitter worked regularly.

"During the day, some people may have encountered problems accessing the Facebook family apps. The problem has been solved. We apologize for the inconvenience," said a Facebook spokesman.
