Techno- Report #47 - One of the best electric cars, Nissan BladeGlider
Another great car that continues to give the talk is the Nissan BladeGlider, the Japanese company decided to celebrate its 70th birthday with the launch of an electric car, which was launched at the 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil and which today is a serious competitor of Tesla, the American brand that began to compete with its internal combustion rivals in Europe. Join us for some of the highlights of this zero-emission car.

Since early 2000 nissan is preparing the development of this electric car that ended up being launched on the 70th anniversary of the Japanese company, most car companies are willing to make the leap to cars powered by clean energy, despite the fact that the emission of toxic gases from vehicles represents only 20% of 100% of pollution by carbon monoxide equal is a threat to the environment and health. Soon I will make a publication about a car that GM developed in 1999 which was on sale but was soon discontinued by laws that mysteriously banned the use of electric vehicles.

The Nissan BladeGlider evolved until today to show a powerful car that symbolizes the future of new technologies that are more environmentally friendly, weighs about 1,300 kilograms, with a length of 4.30 meters and a width of 1.85 meters, and a height of 1.30 meters, although the front is narrow and is about 2.80 meters wide, giving it the appearance of a Formula 1 car or a racing car, was launched as a fast, agile and very efficient car.

It is no coincidence that the design of its chassis ends in the front narrower than normal, not having an internal combustion engine nissan engineers devised some modifications in order to achieve greater aerodynamics that makes the car consume less electricity and offers greater stability when driving, so it is normal to see this design and think that it is a racing car because it actually goes quite fast. This is crucial when it comes to saving energy and even this was thought by the group of designers who opted for a design that would save more energy which means more autonomy. Another point to note is that it has an open roof that has a cover if you want to cover and is reinforced with a strong structure in the event of a rollover, protecting the driver and crew.

It's a very innovative car with controls integrated in the steering wheel so you don't have to make any movement that ends up causing an accident and you can also see the information in real time on a powerful screen, data such as speed, cargo status, GPS map, among others. Many cars have more security systems that about 30 years ago was unthinkable to see in a car, but leaves the old technology unusable, with old-fashioned seat belts and airbags that hurt more than one person.

It has powerful batteries of lithium ions of 220 kW of 5 modules, and its mechanics is completely electric, without giving room to anything that has to do with fossil fuels. The batteries power two 130 kW electric motors and its maximum power is 268 CV and a surprising 707 Nm, it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and its maximum speed is 190 kilometres per hour. Not bad for an electric car, a few years ago people mocked electric cars for being unable to run at high speeds and have a dubious autonomy, today you can say that the new generations overcame these obstacles without problems.

As you can see more and more electric cars fall in love with people and those who allow an average wage can afford one of them, when these cars are finally produced in series will be able to lower their price considerably. Meanwhile, the oil companies that are almost direct subsidiaries of the automobile companies continue to put their hands in the industry so that the use of fossil fuels prevails, fuels that in a few years will disappear and continue to ruin what remains of nature, and whose future and nature will be thankful to have changed to ecological and environmentally friendly cars.

Howdy flamingirl! What a fine review. That car rocks and looks like something from the future, I love to design, especially the steering wheel with so much information on it! This is a very cool review and post!
Love electric cars so much better for the environment. Any idea what this will cost?
