Video editing usually eats in to your RAM. I'm able to edit video on an older Dell Inspiron i3 that I converted to Linux Manjaro with a drive upgrade to SSD and expansion of the RAM to 8GB. My total investment was only about $150... Linux is king if you're open to another OS that uses less resources so they can be allocated to your objectives.

I think this is the best laptop that's up to you expectation.
i7-7700HQ, GTX 1050
doesn't have those crazy LEDs which I never prefer, but it is quite heavy at 5.7 pounds
