What is a brave force attack? Why is this attack difficult to survive?

Suppose you have a closed lock and you have 100 keys. If you do not know which is the correct key, what to do? Of course, after checking the keys one by one to the lock, and try to open the lock, will not it? In this 100 key you first guess the keys according to the size of the lock and then try to unlock, what are you saying? Brute Force Attacks, and so on, try to crack an encryption using the assumptions possible using the potential passwords. You may know that encryption is a complete mathematical problem-that is, you have as good a system as possible, so that the password can be solved as quickly as possible, so it can also be possible to crack the password. In order to solve the numbers, computers have been used more often than humans, this type of attack computer or computing system. It is very easy to understand how this attack is done or what is behind it, but it is very difficult to protect from it, and in this article, I will discuss these issues in detail.

Brute Force Attack

How is an account opened or locked files? Of course, "password" or "key" is necessary to open it. But if you do not know the password, how to open the locked file? And here comes the usefulness of the brave force attack; All possible combinations of passwords or encryption keys are estimated and try to open a password using one combination after another. Suppose a hacker has a password database that he wants to crack, what would he need? Of course, password or key. Now to crack it, the hacker will develop a computer system that will want to crack the database using all the passwords continuously. Now suppose the password used in the database is 4 digits, then the computer program will continue to try 1111, 111, 1113, 1114 by continuing until it reaches 9999. If more difficult passwords are used then try to keep them in aaaa, aaaab, aaaac etc. until zzzzz is done.

In this way, computer programs have different guesses with different user names. However, it is possible to estimate almost any password in this system or through this attack. Strong computing power is needed to crack a strong password. If there is a database password or a lot easier, there is no reason to worry, it gets cracked comfortably. But if a password is longer and complex, it may take several hours to crack for a few years, but it will take less time to use as many powerful computers as possible.

Bruce Force Atta uses another method, which is known as "dictionary attack". Just like the words of millions of words in your general word dictionary, the dictionary word is a quote in the common word wiki, but without the passwords of a password, people are trying to crack passwords by the widely used wards. Dictionary attack is a powerful and effective attack. If you set up a password with a ward, it will be cracked easily, no matter how lengthy it is.
