Now you can share GIFs with music on Snapchat - @omr.dgli

Snapchat recently opened its doors to third party developers, allowing the integration of the TuneMoji GIF tool with music on the platform. Users who have already downloaded the TuneMoji application will now be able to share GIFs with music in their Snapchat Hikeyelerinde and conversations.

If you have not heard of TuneMoji until now, it is worth mentioning practice. Unlike other GIFs, GIFs in TuneMoji have a layer that contains music or audio files.

Just like Giphy, this layer positions itself as a database from which you can find GIFs. You can make your searches with words, terms and emoji in TuneMoji. Once you have chosen the GIF you want from the search results, you can choose where to share it. Thanks to the integration of Snap and TuneMoji, Snapchat now stands out among the options.

This integration built on Snapchat's developer platform SnapKit can play a role in the interaction increase. However, Snapchat, which does not prefer to open the developer platform for a long time, still maintains its distance from the developers with the restrictions imposed by third party applications.

We can clearly see this distance in the case of TuneMoji. TuneMoji GIFs that can be shared in Snapchat, sharing is not open in Snapchat application. So to share TuneMoji GIF in Snapchat you need to go to TuneMoji application and share from there.

Still, TuneMoji CEO James Fabricant says that they are trying to create closer integrations with all messaging applications, not just with Snapchat. Until then, Snapchat users can send music GIFs they want to use in their conversations via TuneMoji.
