I think you are right about the coming war and I'm all for getting more people in. I saw some study showing there the men to woman ratio is actually better in crypto than it is in the regular tech scene. I think you are on to something but I don't know if we need another ICO. The regulators are also breathing down the necks of ICOs.

More user friendly variations of Steemit will help. I also wonder if integrating the Steemit Smart Media Tokens into an exciting website could help bring your idea to life.

Crypto in general is hard to understand and there needs to be just a lot of education done for the general public. If something were to be created to help woman understand the risks and benefits of crypto I would fully support that. Those that are learning this stuff now are at an advantage to the rest of the world. I don't like seeing people left behind. I also think Crypto definitely stands to benefit having more woman involved. Especially since these are still the early days and lots of important issues such as governance are still being hashed out.

I think one thing that could easily be done now is just creating a steemit account focused on educating the woman that are all ready on this site but maybe have limited knowledge about crypto. You could start out there and build an army of empowered woman in blockchain.
