World's first ECO-FRIENDLY train is ready to run?

Highlights:

  1. Germany has launched the world's first hydrogen-powered-train named Coradia iLint Train

  2. The train can run around 1000 KMs on a single tank of hydrogen.

  3. The trains have been built by French TGV-maker : Alstom.

  4. Hydrogen trains are equipped with fuel cells that produce electricity through a combination of hydrogen & oxygen.
