He didn't say he was gonna do it, he just said it would look cool.
think about it. sure it's a crazy thing to do. but just imagine that visual, that concept, people looking at mars through telescopes and seeing a tesla. i find that hilarious.
He has is a lot of money, it's a shame he thinks of spending it on useless things ...

Elon is an anti earth nut job. My favorite quote of his is when he was asked about his stance on the environment and he answered "Fuck Earth".
